Our core services include specialized information, referrals, and assistance in finding the help you need.
We provide referrals to Respite Care services for family caregivers as well as to the Local Contact Agency for assisting persons in nursing facilities and hospitals transition back home with Options Counseling.

For those who need assistance with accessible and affordable housing, our Housing Navigation activities provide the resources and information for those who are looking for a home to live in and for those who build them. We also provide outreach and education activities for those who are on Medicare and those who are newly eligible for Medicare according to the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA).

All of our services include programs and local initiatives that reach out to underserved populations.
